Sausage And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
6 to 8 slices Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. English muffins (fork split)
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain grease from pan.
Add the cheese. When it begins to melt, take fork and cut the cheese into the sausage.
When thoroughly mixed, remove from heat.
Split muffins and top each piece with sausage mixture.
Slide under broiler until lightly toasted.
These can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen if saved longer than a couple of days. Just remove from fridge or freezer and pop under broiler.
