Texas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tomatoes, diced
    3 green peppers, diced
    1 red onion (chopped and boiled)
    1 can red beans, rinsed and drained
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican)
    1 small bag chili cheese fritos
    1 small bottle French dressing
Preparation
    Drain onion after boiling.
    Mix first five ingredients. Before serving, drain off extra liquid, add cheese chips and dressing.
    Toss together.
