Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 whole chicken breasts, in 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. oil
1 c. zucchini, in strips
1 c. carrots, sliced thin
1 c. celery, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. lettuce, shredded
hot rice
Preparation

Mix together the cornstarch and ginger in a plastic bag.
Coat the chicken by shaking.
