Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 egg
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat egg slightly; add milk and salad oil.
Stir lightly.
Pour into greased 10-inch square pan or spoon into cast-iron corn bread stick pan.
(Heat pan in oven first.)
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
