Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 c. sour cream or Dannon's vanilla yogurt
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice to taste
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and lemon juice.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with crushed crackers; sprinkle with poppy seed and drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
