Cheese Spread Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pasteurized cheese spread, cubed
1 c. margarine
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat cheese and margarine in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
Gradually add combined sifted sugar and cocoa, stirring until smooth.
Add pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
Spread into greased 11 x 9-inch pan.
Cover and chill. Cut into squares.
