Noodles With Bacon And Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
    4 to 6 slices bacon, cut into pieces
    1/2 medium onion, sliced or chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a large frying pan until almost done.
    Drain off most of fat.
    Add the onion and garlic; continue cooking with bacon until bacon is done and onion is transparent.
    Add the noodles, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper to taste and stir until mixed.
    Cover pan and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally to keep from sticking on bottom.
