Moo Goo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 lb. snow peas
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 chopped green onions
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Add tablespoon oil to wok; heat on medium high.
    Add snow peas, mushrooms and onions; stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Remove from wok and set aside.
    In small cup, mix the cornstarch, salt, ginger and pepper; set aside.
    Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to wok.
    Add chicken and cornstarch mixture; stir-fry until chicken turns white.
    Stir in snow pea mixture and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
