Sauteed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 lb. skinned and boned chicken breast
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Spread flour on a piece of wax paper; dredge each chicken breast.
    Melt the butter and oil in a skillet.
    When it foams, add chicken.
    Cook over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
    Remove to a warm platter.
    Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat from pan.
    Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    When very hot, spoon this sauce over chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
