Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. cranberries
1 pt. cold water
3 c. sugar
2 envelopes Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. diced pineapple
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped fine
Preparation

Cook cranberries, 1 pint cold water and sugar for 20 minutes. Dissolve 2 envelopes Knox gelatine in 1/2 cup cold water and stir into cranberries while hot.
Cool and add the pineapple, nuts and celery.
Put in refrigerator and let set.
