Pineapple Banana Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice or orange juice
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 or 3 cans pineapple cubes
1 or 2 cans mandarin oranges
4 or 5 bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1 small jar maraschino cherries

Preparation

Cook first 5 ingredients together in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick.
Chill!
Just before serving, add remaining ingredients.
