Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (6 c.) squash, cubed
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb flavored bread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Boil the squash and onion in lightly salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine the cream of chicken soup and sour cream; stir into drained squash mixture.
    Combine the bread crumbs and melted butter; spread 1/2 in baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture over crumbs; sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
