Butterscotch Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    6 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
    2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
    3 c. cold milk
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix flour, nuts and melted margarine in mixing bowl.
    Press into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
