    3 ripe avocados (medium size)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 pkg. taco mix
    chopped bell pepper
    chopped green or black olives
    chopped tomatoes
    chopped onion
    grated Longhorn style cheese
