Pickled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 qt. peeled, cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill for at least 2 hours or better overnight.
