Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes
    3 firm tomatoes, cubed
    1 onion or 1 bunch green onions
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 c. oil
    1 clove garlic
    salt, pepper, oregano and parsley to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until cooked.
    Let cool and remove jackets; the cube to bite size pieces.
    Add vegetables that have been cubed or sliced.
    Fry garlic and spices in oil lightly until hot.
    Pour over potatoes and vegetables.
    Toss very lightly. Serve warm or cold.
