Don'T-Tell-Them-It'S Low-Fat Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. skim milk
2 large eggs (whole)
2 large eggs (whites only)
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. dark rum or brandy (optional)
nutmeg for sprinkling
Preparation

In saucepan, heat milk until steaming. Whisk eggs, whites and sugar together in a bowl.
Gradually add and whisk in the hot milk.
Return mixture to saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with wooden spoon 4 to 6 minutes or until custard thickens enough to coat spoon.
Do not overcook or it will curdle.
