Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    16 oz. tomato sauce (Hunt's Italian style)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bag egg noodles (8 oz. pkg.)
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Stir in garlic, oregano and tomato sauce.
    Simmer while cooking egg noodles according to package directions.
    When noodles are done, drain and stir in sour cream.
