Cindy'S Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Karo
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. sweet milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in pan, except butter and vanilla.
    Cook to a soft ball stage.
    Take off heat.
    Add butter and vanilla. Whip by hand until starts to fill thick.
    Pour into a buttered square 1-quart dish.
    Let cool on counter.
    Then cut into squares.
