Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    In large bowl; combine cooked squash, onion, milk, cheese, melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well and spread evenly in a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
