Fried Onion Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
2 large onions, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
enough oil or Crisco to fry rings
Preparation

Sift flour with salt into a bowl.
Add milk, 2 tablespoons of oil and egg.
Beat until smooth.
Separate onion slices into rings.
Heat cooking oil to hot (375\u00b0).
