Baked Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken breast, split
3 whole chicken legs
3 Idaho potatoes, quartered
3 sweet potatoes (yams), quartered
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 c. wine
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put chicken and potatoes in roasting pan. Add butter, oil and seasonings.
Pour in wine.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil. Raise temperature to 350\u00b0.
Cook for 45 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are slightly brown. Turn chicken every 1/2 hour.
