Fresh Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 small onions, sliced or 1 large red onion, sliced
    1 small bottle Italian dressing
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    3 stalks celery, diced
Preparation
    Simmer mushrooms in salted water with lemon juice for 10 minutes; drain.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Marinate overnight in the Italian dressing.
    Just before serving, drain off dressing as well as possible.
    Serve chilled.
