Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped or sliced
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild)
    1 pkg. salted cracker crumbs
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cracker crumbs and margarine. Pour into a greased baking dish; top with melted margarine and cracker crumbs, mixed together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
