Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, diced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
small amount milk
salt and pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Brown the onion in the vegetable oil; add molasses, ketchup, water, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Put into a crock-pot. Mix together the ground beef, crackers, onion soup mix, milk, salt and pepper.
Form into tiny balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Drain the meatballs and add to the sauce.
Bake on low for 2 hours.
