Turkey Loaf(Low Cholesterol; Serves 5) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. ground turkey (1 1/4 to 1 1/3 lb.)
2 envelopes instant onion soup mix or 1/2 envelope regular
1/3 c. quick-cooking oatmeal + 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 well beaten egg
8 oz. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Mix all together thoroughly.
Pack into loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or pack into microwave-safe round pan; cover with waxed paper and microwave at Medium-high for 14 to 16 minutes.
In either case, let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
