Beefy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can tomatoes and chilies, chopped (not drained)
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    4 medium yellow squash or zucchini
Preparation
    Brown beef, bell pepper and onion; drain.
    Steam squash or zucchini until just tender, but slightly crunchy.
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in large bowl.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and pour in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with grated cheese and bake 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
