Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed (mild)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can corned beef, torn apart
1 c. crackers, crumbled
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook noodles and drain.
In a small skillet, melt margarine. Add onions and pepper.
Saute 5 minutes.
In a buttered 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole dish, put half of noodles, half of onion and pepper mixture, 1 cup cubed cheese, then add corned beef on top of cheese.
Repeat the layers (noodles, onions, peppers and cheese). Stir soup as directed on can with milk.
Pour over casserole.
Add crackers.
Pour 1 tablespoon melted margarine over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
