Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large Red Bliss potatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Place sliced potatoes and chopped onion in pan and give a toss.
    Sprinkle onion powder over; toss again.
    Pour milk in.
    Cut up butter and place all over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
