Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Pour milk into saucepan and begin heating while preparing other ingredients.
Reserve 1/4 cup of milk to mix with flour, sugar, salt, eggs, cocoa, vanilla and butter.
Slowly pour this mixture into hot milk, stirring well to prevent scorching.
Cook until stiff.
Cool and pour into baked crust.
Cover with meringue and bake until golden brown.
