Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon, drained and deboned
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Blend salmon with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.
    Roll into one big ball and cover with nuts.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Surround with raw vegetables or crackers.
