Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen baby limas
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 small carton sour cream
    onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into large casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cover top with 1 sleeve of Ritz or Town House crackers that have been crushed.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and pour over cracker crumbs. Continue baking 15 minutes longer.
