Hot Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs. Roast (beef or venison)
    3 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 tsp. cayenne (red pepper)
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 - 1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all and put in crock pot on low for 16 - 24 hours. About 2 hours before meat is ready, shred (stirring it with a spoon will make the meat fall apart) and continue to cook.
    Add juice from 1 qt. dill pickles. 1/2 jar dill pickles diced fine.
