Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
hot cooked rice
vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon or 1 cube
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large skillet, brown chops in oil. Remove chops from pan.
Pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine lemon juice and cornstarch; mix well.
Add sugar, onion, soy sauce, bouillon and reserved pineapple juice; cook and stir until slightly thickened and bouillon is dissolved.
Add pork chops and carrots. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until tender.
Add pineapple, cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve over rice.
Garnish with green pepper, if desired.
