Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chives
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; shred coarsely.
    In saucepan on low heat, combine cheese and butter and stir until almost melted.
    Remove and add sour cream, chives, salt and pepper.
    Fold in potatoes. Turn into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
