Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 1/2 to 3 c. cubed rhubarb
Preparation

Beat together first 5 ingredients, then mix in 1 cup milk. Pour over rhubarb (1/2-inch of rhubarb in pie pan) in pie crust. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
