Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 can artichoke hearts (cut into eights)
    1 sm. jar sliced pimentos
    1/2 red onion, sliced very thinly
    1/4. c grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    Italian dressing (i.e. Good Seasons)
Preparation
    Wash, dry, and tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces. Add artichokes, pimentos, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Toss well with dressing.
    Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
