Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato or 1 little can
    1 c. raisins (white, if you can find them)
    1/2 c. sliced green olives
Preparation
    Brown chicken in skillet; add onion and cook about 5 minutes. Add tomato, raisins and enough water (about 1/4 cup) to allow for simmering until chicken is tender.
    Add olives last.
