Creamy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. tender squash, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 stick (1/4 lb.) margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water (12 to 15 minutes).
    Drain well. Add next 5 ingredients.
    Melt 3/4 stick margarine in pan, add stuffing and mix well.
    Put in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Reserve some of stuffing for topping.
    Pour squash mixture over stuffing and sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
    Dot remainder of butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
