Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/8 c. oil or 1 c. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Mix in a large bowl.
    Beat well, about 1 minute.
    Do not overbeat.
    Pour into greased and floured angel food pan.
    (Can also use 2 bread pans.)
    Bake.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Spoon about 5 tablespoons of glaze over cake.
    Invert onto plate.
    Spoon on remaining glaze.
