Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    4 c. broccoli
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Arrange half of cooked broccoli and all of the eggs, sliced, in bottom of baking dish.
    Add half the sauce and rest of broccoli.
    Toss cracker crumbs with remaining butter and spread on top.
