Prosciutto With Melon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large melon
    16 wide, thin slices Prosciutto
Preparation
    Melon should be ripe and chilled.
    Cut in half and remove seeds.
    Slice into pieces 3/4-inch wide.
    Cut along bottom of flesh near rind, but do not separate rind from melon.
    This makes the melon easier to eat and preserves its appearance.
    Put 2 slices of Prosciutto on each melon slice.
    Serve 2 melon slices per person.
