Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal.
    Add lightly beaten eggs. Add butter and blend thoroughly.
    Add milk, grated lemon rind and juice.
    Bake in an unbaked pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
