Suet Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. suet
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. dark syrup
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and mix with the moist batter.
    Steam pudding 3 1/2 hours.
    Make sure you ask for suet when making this so they don't give you tallow.
    There is a difference.
