Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    salt
    garlic powder
    1 large onion
    4 stalks celery
    8 bell peppers (slice off tops of bell pepper and chop)
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can tomato sauce
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground meat.
    When meat is half cooked, put in onion, celery and bell peppers; cook until done.
    Add cooked rice and stir well, then add 1/3 can tomato sauce, then stir in Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Have bell peppers set aside already boiled, with pinch of salt.
    Stuff peppers; pour extra tomato sauce lightly over bell peppers.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
