Pink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 large box strawberry jello
    1 lb. container cottage cheese
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple into saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat; add jello and pineapple.
    Do not add water to jello.
    When this cools, add cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
    Mix well and refrigerate.
