Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread, mixed to directions
    1 c. Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. frozen corn kernels
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Stir cheese, corn and onions into cornbread mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
