Honey Tomato Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 lb. flounder fillets or any mild white fish
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onion in oil until golden.
    Stir in garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients except fish and cook over medium heat, about 10 minutes.
