Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. finely chopped apples, peeled first
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients; add remainder. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased Bundt pan. Cool 20 minutes and put on cake rack.
