Shrimp Aloha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 c. sherry
Preparation
    Boil shrimp, shell and devein.
    Mix remaining ingredients and heat.
    Add cooked shrimp.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over fluffy white rice.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
